An old favourite of mine- my so actually made it for the family in Ireland on Christmas Eve and it was a great success!
kilo lamb pieces
four medium to large potatoes peeled
salt/ pepper/ bisto
Easy- basically chop everything up and throw it in a pot . Just about cover with water and add the stock cube. Bring to the boil and then cover and simmer for about 45 minutes. Stir regularly to stop it sticking to the bottom of the pot.
Just before serving, add some bisto ( browning) and stir……
Serve with bread, butter and HP sauce!!
